CHECKOUT WITH QUADPAY PAYMENT PLAN

We are excited to offer a payment plan to extend your payments though our payment partner QuadPay. It is a 4 step process to check out with QuadPay.

1) Once you click the BUY button in a product selection ,you will be directed to our normal checkout process page. As with all of our orders you will be asked to give us shipping and contact details on the first page of checkout. Follow prompt at bottom of page to shipping preferences. 

2) Select your shipping preference. Then you will be directed to pick your preferred payment method. Follow next prompt on bottom of page to payment screen. 

3) Next you will be asked how you would like to pay. on this screen near the bottom of the screen you can select QUADPAY. You will then be directed to a 3rd party platform to register with QUADPAY and complete your transaction. 

 

SHIPPING

We ship all orders over 300.00 for free by  Insured , signature required, Fed Ex Ground service, unless upgraded expedited shipping is requested on shipping screen or other arrangements are made. Extra fees apply for expedited shipping. 

Upgraded shipping options are calculated in shopping cart based on location and timing required.

RETURNS

Returns may be initiated within 14 days of the order date with a return request email to our Customer Service Team.

International orders and Special Order products are final sale and cannot be returned so please discuss details very carefully with our design styling team before purchasing a Special order product.

A prepaid shipping label will be provided after submitting a successful return request. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returned merchandise must be unused, with all tags and inserts still in bag, and in original packaging. Upon receipt of returned goods, Novaeres.co reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

Exchanges must be done through our customer service team.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate a return, the first step is to email us or call us within 14 days of purchase (see instructions below). Return shipments must be sent out within 14 days of the return request.

After creating a return request, our team will email you a shipping label. We recommend saving a photo of the label or noting the tracking number.

Returns normally take up to 10-12 business days to arrive at our studio. Refunds are issued within about 7 business days after the package arrives back to us. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
