We pride ourselves on paying a living wage to our workers. All of our NOVAE RES bags allow for the addition and interchangeability of all of our different straps. As with our bags, every strap is made to order in our state of the art manufacturing laboratory- LLABB, by uptrained American craftspeople, that we train through our apprentice program in house.
